AHPRA: PSY0002596714
Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist experienced working with adults and older adults. Her interests include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, women's health issues, and neurodiversity.
Many of Lisa’s clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many have lived through painful experiences, feel triggered by everyday events, caught in self-doubt, and unable to trust others.
Some are navigating the emotional and physical changes of peri-menopause – no longer feeling like themselves.
Others are neurodivergent, and feel misunderstood in relationships, and burnt out by daily demands.
Lisa draws on Schema Therapy, EMDR, and CBT to help clients manage strong emotions, break free from unhelpful cycles, and build more fulfilling lives.
